During
August 18-20, the IAS-2009 has been held successfully
in Xi'an. More than 260 authors have attended this
conference.
If you
are going to attend IAS-2009, please simply ignore
this message.
Dear Contributing Authors of IAS-2009,
We are now preparing the program and local arrangement.
Thus, we need to count the number of attendants,
who will attend this conference.
Please send a message to let us know whether you
will participate in IAS-2009 before June 25.
If no replay from you is received, YOU ARE REGRADED
TO ATTEND IAS-2009. We will prepare the proceeding
at the check-in desk on the conference site.
In case you can not attend the conference, please
sent your presentation file (*.ppt) to "ias09@bit.kuas.edu.tw"
together with the related information listed as below
before July 10, then the IAS-2009 conference proceeding
CD and the receipt will be posted to you.Our staffs
will replay your presentation file during the conference
for you.
The required information for sending the proceeding
CD and the receipt is:
1. The receiver's name.

3. The post address.
4. Your paper number

The
CPS reports that the function of PDF express is not
ready. Please SKIP the step of pdf checking and upload
the camera-ready copy directly.
Online
Submission System is Ready and Deadline Update
The online submission system provided by
the CPS is ready for authors to submit the camera-ready
copy. The submission deadline is extended to May 10,
2009.
The
registration form is updated. Please download the
new registration form before registration.
Registration
is now open.
Please note
that the page length limit is 4 pages. Extra pages
will incur extra page charges.
Deadlines Update
Due to many requests from many researchers, the paper
submission deadline and the Acceptance/Rejection notification
are extended to Mar. 22, 2009 and Apr. 10, 2009.
Suspension
of Submission System
For reason of maintenance of regional power system,
the online submission system will suspend its service
from 22:00 on August 1st to 19:00 on August 3rd (GMT+08:00).
We ask for your pardon for the inconveniency and look
forward to your revisiting.

Paper
Submission
Papers are invited from prospective
authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper
should follow the IEEE paper format (DOC,
LaTex Formatting
Macros, PDF,
PS) with title,
authors' names, affiliations and email addresses,
an up to 150-words abstract, and a two-column body
with 4 single-spaced pages and with font size at 10
pts. All papers must be submitted electronically in
PDF format only. Before submitting your papers, please
register
to get the user ID and password for the paper submission.
The
