Congratulation and thank you for your contributing works to IAS-2009.

All papers included in the proceedings of IAS-2009 will be also included in the IEEE Xplore digital library (IEL, http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/). Before publishing your fine work at IEL, we need your kind help to ensure the availability and the compatibility of your camera-ready paper. Conference Publishing Services (CPS) has prepared an online submission system and enforces our authors to conduct the final submission via it. Please connect the following web link to proceed
(1) formatting of your final submission,
(2) final submission of camera-ready manuscript, and
(3) release of copyright form.
